Laying the foundation for your big day starts with getting to know you and your lover as we discuss your vision, priorities, and budget. We help narrow in on venue selection. Then once we have a wedding date, we can begin booking your vendors. This step is like building the framework of a house.

Once the vendors are booked, we dive into an exciting and thorough design process. We artfully create and deliver a design deck just for you. These visuals of your color palette, florals, decor, and more will make it start to feel SO real! After finalizing the design together, we coordinate with vendors to bring this design dream to life.

The plan is set, and the details are in order. It’s your big day! You’re on cloud nine surrounded by your favorite people. Sit back, relax, and sip champagne as you enjoy every moment; we’ve got the rest.

Guest Management: Managing stationary, tracking guest RSVPs, and creating and managing wedding website (optional).

However, this person works for the venue, not you. They're present to ensure rules are followed, day-of operations are taken care of, etc. They are likely not selecting and coordinating any vendors, rentals, design, or details unrelated to their venue. Absolutely! We can step in at any stage of the planning process, even after the venue and/or venues are booked. Booking the venue and vendors is the first step of many. Our team will work with you to manage the remaining details, take over communications with vendors, curate a cohesive design, and ensure everything aligns with your vision so we can execute a perfect wedding day.
Wedding Planning Services: A wedding planner manages the entire planning process from start to finish, including budgeting, vendor selection, design, and logistics. We provide comprehensive support and creative input throughout the engagement as well as executing the wedding day itself.
Wedding Coordination Services: A wedding coordinator, often referred to as a day-of coordinator (or month-of coordinator in our case), focuses primarily on executing the wedding day itself. We ensure everything runs smoothly, manage vendors, and coordinate logistics, typically stepping in about a month before your event.
We work closely with you to establish a realistic budget and prioritize your spending. We provide transparency in costs and help you find the best value for each aspect of your wedding.
Yes! Given that they are a quality vendor as determined by our vendor screening calls, we can work with your preferred vendors. Our goal is to ensure all vendors align with your vision and expectations.
