Month-Of Wedding Coordination
Imagine the peace and excitement of waking up on your wedding day knowing everything is taken care of…
For our month-of wedding coordination, we take all the plans you've meticulously crafted and ensure they come to life seamlessly on your wedding day. While similar to day-of coordination, our approach involves a more comprehensive preparation process leading up to the big day, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution.
Even if you're an exceptional planner, executing those plans requires a dedicated team. We believe the bride and groom should never be responsible for managing the logistics of their own wedding day—they should be fully immersed in the joy of it. You're not the hosts. You're the guests of honor and that extends to your family and friends too. Let us handle the hosting, so you can savor every moment!

FAQs
-
It's likely that your venue has 1-3 weddings per weekend especially during busy seasons which is why they have a built-in staff member designated as the planner or coordinator. However, this person works for the venue, not you. They're present to ensure rules are followed, day-of operations are taken care of, etc. They are likely not selecting and coordinating any vendors, rentals, design, or details unrelated to their venue. If a personalized wedding and personalized planning support is important to you, hiring a wedding planner separate from your venue's one is key!
-
Absolutely! We can step in at any stage of the planning process, even after the venue and/or venues are booked. Booking the venue and vendors is the first step of many. Our team will work with you to manage the remaining details, take over communications with vendors, curate a cohesive design, and ensure everything aligns with your vision so we can execute a perfect wedding day.

Wedding Coordination Services: A wedding coordinator, often referred to as a day-of coordinator (or month-of coordinator in our case), focuses primarily on executing the wedding day itself. We ensure everything runs smoothly, manage vendors, and coordinate logistics, typically stepping in about a month before your event.
